This Shipping Policy explains the shipping process, delivery timelines, and charges for purchases made through OFFENSIUM VAULT PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship our physical cybersecurity merchandise (T-shirts, mugs, bottles, caps, stickers) across India via trusted courier partners.
  • Digital products (eBooks, tools, scripts) are delivered instantly via email/download link after payment confirmation.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

✅ Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
✅ Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 3-4 business days after processing.
✅ Shipping Notifications: You will receive a tracking ID via email once your order is shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

📦 For Physical Products:

  • Metro Cities: 4-7 business days
  • Other Cities & Rural Areas: 7-10 business days
  • Delivery time may vary based on location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances.

📩 For Digital Products:

  • Instant delivery via email/download link after successful payment.
  • If you do not receive your digital product within 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.

4. Shipping Charges

🚚 Physical Products:

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

⚡ Digital Products:

  • No shipping charges apply to digital downloads.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email.
  • You can track your order through our courier partner’s website using the provided tracking ID.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team.
  • If an order is lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or full refund after verification with the courier company.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping for physical products.
  • Digital products can be accessed globally.
