Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through OFFENSIUM VAULT PRIVATE LIMITED, including physical cybersecurity merchandise (T-shirts, mugs, bottles, caps, stickers) and digital materials (downloadable eBooks, tools, scripts).

By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 7 days of placement, provided they have not been processed for shipping.
  • If an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
  • Digital products (eBooks, scripts, tools, etc.) cannot be canceled once the download link has been accessed.

2. Refund Policy

We provide refunds under the following conditions:

A. Physical Products (Merchandise)

✅ If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery with supporting images/videos.
✅ Upon approval, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
✅ Refunds will be processed within 10 days to your original payment method.

B. Digital Products (eBooks, Tools, Scripts, etc.)

⚠️ Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available.
✅ However, if a technical issue prevents you from accessing your digital purchase, contact us for assistance.

3. Return Policy (For Physical Products Only)

You may return a physical product if:
✔️ It is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
✔️ The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
✔️ The item was not purchased on sale or discount (sale items may not be eligible for return).

🔹 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Stickers, perishable, or customized items.
  • Digital downloads (eBooks, scripts, tools).

4. How to Request a Refund, Return, or Cancellation

📦 Return Process: If approved, we will provide a return shipping address. Customers must cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
